A bit of background information
I have done a lot of travelling in Australia. Going as far as Broome in Western Australia, where its the home of the crazy crabs, which are land hermit crabs.
Travelling through the Kimberly's on the Gibb River Road collecting ants for the Queensland Museum, videoing spiders and unusual beetles.
Stopping at Ayre's Rock, driving the Tamani Track, a thousand kms of dirt looking for desert scorpions, and filming thorny devils which is a lizard.
Doing Tag-A-Long tours to Cape York filming bird-eating spider, looking for green tree pythons, collecting insects for my own collection, and finding a trapdoor spider which lives in mangroves,
4wdriving to Frazer, Moreton, North Straddbroke Islands filming tidal creatures at low tide looking for anything unusual.
I'm licenced with a commercial Harvesting licence which allows me to collect spiders and scorpions to sell to the Pet centre trade.
A blue card to talk at schools to kids about insects, showing them live and dead specimens.
